• Study of Short-Range nuclear Correlations in light nuclei using the BeAGLE event generator

  Nuclear dynamics at short distances among nucleons is one of the most outstanding phenomena in nuclear physics. Understanding the role of QCD in generating nuclear forces is important for uncovering the underlying physics of Short-Range Correlations (SRCs). In recent years, SRCs has been observed from light to heavy nuclei using fixed target experiments at Jefferson lab via high energy electron-nucleus scattering. In this talk, I will talk about the opportunity of studying SRCs using light nuclei with collider experiments, e.g., the Electron Ion Collider (EIC). The experimental technique of studying the light nuclei can be based on exclusive processes with tagging final-state particles, in order to fully control the initial state of the target wavefunction. In particular, incoherent diffractive production of $J/\psi$ particle off deuteron will be presented. In addition, the spectral function in light nuclei has been recently modeled in the BeAGLE event generator, where the decay kinematics of the light nuclei and their influence on the very forward detector design at the EIC will be discussed.

  Deuteron spin structure program is aimed on extraction of two and three nucleon forces information, including their spin dependent parts, from dp elastic and dp breakup processes investigated at intermediate energies. The dp elastic data were obtained at Internal Target Station of Nuclotron (JINR) in the energy range 400-1800 MeV using polarized deuteron beam. Strong sensitivity to the short range spin structure of the isoscalar nucleon-nucleon correlations is observed in deuteron analyzing powers. Preliminary results of the the cross section for the dp breakup reaction have been obtained at 400 MeV of deuteron energy.

• Studies of $b$-hadrons and quarkonia at LHCb

  LHCb has productive studies of quarkonia and $b$-hadrons which provide essential inputs to study quantum chromodynamics (QCD). In this proceeding, seven recent results are reported: the observation of a new excited $\Xi_b^0$ resonance in $\Xi_b^- \pi^+$ final states, the new excited $B_s^0$ state is observed in $B^+ K^-$ mass spectrum, the first observation of suppressed semileptonic $B_s^0 \rightarrow K^- \mu^+ \nu_{\mu}$ decay, the first observation of the decay $B^0 \rightarrow D^0 \bar{D}^0 K^+ \pi^-$, the first observation of the Cabibbo-suppressed decay $\Lambda_b^0 \rightarrow \chi_{c1} p \pi^-$, the first observation of $\Lambda_b^0 \rightarrow \Lambda_c^+ K^+ K^- \pi^-$ decay, and end this report with the first search for the doubly heavy baryon $\Omega_{bc}^{0}$ and a search for $\Xi_{bc}^0$ baryon.

• Complementarity of Lepton-Charge and Forward-Backward Drell-Yan Asymmetries for Precision Electroweak Measurements and Quark Density Determinations

  We address the impact of future measurements of charged and neutral current Drell-Yan (DY) asymmetries and their combination on Parton Distribution Functions (PDFs) uncertainties. We quantify the reduction of PDF uncertainties using the QCD tool xFitter. We examine the effects of such reduced PDF errors on both Standard Model (SM) and Beyond SM (BSM) observables.

• Longitudinal double-spin asymmetries of inclusive jet and dijet production at STAR

  At the STAR experiment, the gluon helicity distribution $\Delta g(x, Q^2)$ can be accessed through the double-spin asymmetries $A_{LL}$ of inclusive jet and dijet production in collisions of longitudinally polarized protons. These proceedings report on recently published results of $A_{LL}$ for inclusive jets and dijets at $\sqrt{s} = 200$~GeV and $\sqrt{s} = 510$ GeV in mid-pseudorapidity ($|\eta| < 1$) and preliminary results for dijets in intermediate pseudrapidity ($-0.8 < \eta < 1.8$). The mid-pseudorapidity jet and dijet measurements are sensitive to $\Delta g(x, Q^2)$ for gluon momentum fractions $x$ from $\simeq 0.5$ down to $\simeq 0.015$; the sensitivity region for dijets in intermediate pseudorapidity at 510 GeV extends to even lower $x$. The measurements are in good agreement with previous STAR results and recent theoretical evaluations of prior world data.

• Electronic structure of CeAuAl$_3$ using density functional theory

  We studied the magnetic properties and electronic structure of $CeAuAl_3$ using density functional theory. This compound shows a large Sommerfeld coefficient, a Kondo temperature, ${T_K=4\,K}$ and antiferromagnetic order below ${T_N=1.1\,K}$. We calculated the magnetic groundstate of ${CeAuAl_3}$ and the magnetic anisotropy energies. Treating the 4f-electrons as localized with DFT+U we obtain a good match with the magnetic properties observed experimentally. We also report salient features of the electronic structure of ${CeAuAl_3}$, including features of the Fermi surface and associated quantum oscillatory spectra, when the 4f-electrons are treated either as localized or itinerant.

• A novel formulation of the unintegrated gluon distribution for DIS

  In this talk, we revisit inclusive DIS in the small $x$ limit and derive a new factorization formula that accounts for leading powers in both Bjorken and Regge limits. In this semi-classical description, we obtain a new unintegrated gluon distribution which encompasses both the dipole operator and the gluon Parton Distribution Function with an explicit dependence on the longitudinal momentum fraction $x$.

• T-odd quark-gluon-quark correlation function in the light-front quark-diquark model

  We have scrutinized the transverse momentum dependent quark-gluon-quark correlation function. We have utilized the light-front quark-diquark model to study the time-reversal-odd interaction-dependent twist-3 gluon distributions which we have obtained from the disintegration of the transverse momentum dependent quark-gluon-quark correlator. Specifically, we have studied the behavior of $\tilde{e}_{L}$ and $\tilde{e}_{T}$ while considering our diquark to be an axial-vector.

• Lattice phase shifts and mixing angles for an arbitrary number of coupled channels

  We present a lattice method for determining scattering phase shifts and mixing angles for the case of an arbitrary number of coupled channels. The proposed method combines a spherical wall boundary condition and a channel-mixing auxiliary potential to extract the full-rank S-matrix from the radial wave functions. We consider the scattering problem of two spin-1 bosons interacting with a test potential involving up to four coupled channels. For this benchmark system, the phase shifts and mixing angles are shown to agree on the lattice and in the continuum. Our method should allow to extend previous two-channel nuclear lattice EFT simulations to mixing of more than two partial waves.

• Resummation for $tqH$ production

  We present results with soft-gluon resummation for the associated production of a single top quark and a Higgs boson. We present analytical results for the higher-order soft-gluon corrections and numerical results for the total cross section and top-quark transverse momentum and rapidity distributions at LHC energies.
