The 2nd European AI for Fundamental Physics Conference (EuCAIFCon2025)

Event dates: from June 16, 2025 to June 20, 2025.

The second “European AI for Fundamental Physics Conference” (EuCAIFCon) will be held in Cagliari, from 16 Jyne to 20 June 2025. The aim of this event is to provide a platform for establishing new connections between AI activities across various branches of fundamental physics, by bringing together researchers that face similar challenges and/or use similar AI solutions. The conference will be organized “horizontally”: sessions are centered on specific AI methods and themes, while being cross-disciplinary regarding the scientific questions.

EuCAIFCon 2025 is organised by EuCAIF.

Page limits

• 4 pages for contributed talks (including flash-talks/posters)
  
• 6 pages for invited/highlight talks
  
• Page limits include figures, tables etc and only exclude references
  

Additional requirements

• Uploading to arXiv is mandatory (use it as preprint server for submission)
  
• Everyone who submits proceeding is expected to be available for refereeing up to two proceedings articles by 31 October 2025. Referee reports should have non-trivial content and focus on presentation and coherence in presentation.
  
• SciPost, as any publisher, runs (self-)plagiarism checks. Flagged articles will be rejected immediately. Ensure you are not flagged.
